Qualifications: - Minimum of three years experience as a Workers’ Compensation Paralegal - Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred - Familiarity with workers’ compensation laws and procedures - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with TABS and Worldox a plus - Detail-oriented and able to work well in a fast-paced environment - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
